I established the Foundation in 1985 (click on the entertaining audio clip above to hear about how it all began) because people wanted to honor me and my work. I've been blessed to have many best-selling books, including, You Can Heal Your Life and Heal Your Body, and now a movie about my journey! I am so grateful to the many readers and fans who contribute to The Hay Foundation every year. Your generosity allows us to encourage and financially support diverse organizations all year long. Some of these organizations supply food, shelter, counseling, education, hospice care and money to those in need. All contributions are tax-deductible, and your help is received with joy and gratitude. If you're an organization interested in being considered for a grant, email us at giving@hayfoundation.org with your request. I consider requests once a month. Send me your wish list!
Please look around the site and read about the many organizations and individuals that we support. I encourage you to give to your local community as you are able, either with your time, talent or treasures.
